Experience: Served as the North Indiana Conference’s Associate Director for Church Development and Revitalization since 1995. Helped develop and staff Construction Connection since its inception.

Specialty: Clarification of ministry objectives, church's vision.

Experience: NIC pastor since 1989. Church coach since 2003, using Natural Church Development, Appreciative Inquiry, Resilient Church Paradigm, and Bandy-Easum discernment process.

Herb Schuch, PE
Specialty: Preliminary and/or final drawings (depending on project); estimation of project costs.

Experience: Graduate of Purdue University’s school of Civil Engineering with a major in construction. Served as city engineer for the city of Muncie. Helped develop over 300 building projects, including 20 churches.

Tim Short
Specialty: Initial consultations; on-going project oversight.

Experience: Involved in over $60 million worth of projects in northern Indiana, including Granger Community UMC facility's construction. Vice-President of Estimating for Casteel Construction in South Bend, and President of Narrow the Road, Inc., a business that helps provide oversight for church building projects.

Don Spence
Specialty: Strategic planning and budgeting, conducting capital fund drives

Experience: Owner/operator of DLS Financial Solutions, LLC, which helps churches plan, build and manage their facilities. A commercial loan officer for 9 years, the Chief Financial Officer of a $250 million bank for 8 years and the controller of a partnership of construction companies for 10 years.
